Singapore MVPs Get High on the Wall!

To continue with the Windows 7 Community Buzz, 7 Singapore MVPs turned ‘Spiderman’ for a day as they took on the amazing feat of climbing Asia’s first and World’s Tallest indoor Via Ferrata Wall, smacked right in Singapore’s Orchard Central Mall. Together with their MVP Lead Lilian Quek, they scaled the 30 metres high (about 5 storeys) wall, challenging their fear and pushing their endurance to the limit.

Halfway through the 12 metres mark, the 8 ‘Spideys’ proceeded to form the number ‘seven’ image. After getting ourselves into the right position, we turned back to do a shout-out of ‘Windows 7’ and continued to ascend all the way up and completed this amazing feat under 85 minutes!

Kudos to the 7 ‘Spidermen’ for their bravery and amazing feat! Alvin Lau, Dennis Chung, Loke Kit Kai, Randy Williams, Choirul Amri, Michael Sync and Sarbjit Singh Gill. Also thanks to David Tang from the BMO Team for sponsoring this activity!

Feedback from MVPs:

– “It was certainly awesome. It is one of the things in life we should do often: to scare the hell out of ourselves, especially when afraid of heights. Decided to push it all the way up. It was fun as well!!!” (Sarbjit Singh Gill)

It was fun and entertaining. I think we should do it regularly to burn my fat and train my arm.” (Choirul Amri)

– “Thanks for organizing and sponsoring us for the enjoyable and exhausting fun! I’ll take it on anytime in future!” (Alvin Lau)

Regards,

SEA MVP Team)
