Harnessing the Power of Lync – Speaker Alan Shen on July 24th @ MS Singapore Office

Alan Shen will highlight the Power of Lync and share how he has assist enterprises design, architect and implement Lync successfully with the goals of leveraging it as the Enterprise Communication Platform to enable business transformation. Alan will highlight best practices, do and don’t. And, he will also share his thought about “What’s next for Lync”

Alan Shen is the person, when he was with Microsoft and wrote the design specification for OCS Edge server. He is also the trainer for the Lync Master Program. He is a world’s top mind when it comes to OCS and Lync.
